Santa - lapless again
So, this year Kelly wanted to, but she just couldn't muster up what it takes to actually sit on Santa's lap. The whole beard thing has always put her off....and this is the best we got this year.

What a great picture! My girls didn't sit on his lap either, just kind of leaned against his legs.
