Early this morning C. called and said he had to see us today. We said, "Come on over!" C. was Kelly's Grandpa's friend back since their teens. We see him every Christmas season.
This is the Santa. MaMa had wanted him for the past 2 years. It was out of our budget. Some of these figurines can be quite pricey. C. attended one of our art shows and this Santa was in the window at the boutique. C. secretly bought it (a Santa holding a tray of tamales and a cup of cocoa) for MaMa. DaDa said he saw C. leave and come back when he thought we wouldn't see him. It's a treasure we will enjoy for years to come.
DaDa took us to lunch. Here is Kelly looking like Fran Drescher in the Nanny.DaDa asked for attitude and this is what Kelly gave him.
At one point everyone had a sticker on their forehead.
