Bowl-A-Thon

Here is Kelly in the studio working with ceramic clay.

Our Potters Guild is gearing up for another Empty Bowls event in May. We make bowls and sell them and the money goes to the local homeless shelter. There is a lot of preparation for this event and we start early.

We have found that Kelly has a strong aptitude for creating.

Concentration.

She was patient and worked next to MaMa. She also took breaks with DaDa, but for the good majority of the time she was at the table sitting on the stool getting her hands dirty.

This bowl-a-thon took place over two days, Friday and Saturday. Kelly wore her green onsie on Friday and Pink on Saturday.
