Today we went to go visit our friend Bertie. She is a nationally-known ceramic artist. This was the first time she got to meet Kelly. Bertie had a surprize waiting for Kelly. It was a snuggly white monkey. We named him Snowball. That night Kelly slept with her new monkey named Snowball. She cuddles him and says, "Awwwwwww!"
Bertie also created a special one of a kind ceramic sculpture figurine for DaDa and MaMa.
It has a little Chinese girl (she created in Kelly's likeness as an older child) sitting inside.
She also baked us some delicious Christmas cookies!
